Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead Global Implementations

Gazelle Global seeks an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant to lead a multi-phase Oracle HCM transformation programme. You will own the functional solution across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Absence, Time & Labour, Talent Management, Learning and OTBI Reporting.

You will act as the trusted advisor to business and HR leadership, guiding design, configuration, and delivery while ensuring adoption of Oracle best practices.
