Key Responsibilities: • Serve as Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert • Configure Oracle Talent Acquisition & Talent Management • Conduct thorough testing and implementation processes • Communicate complex requirements clearly to clients • Lead business process workshops and requirements gathering
Requirements: • 4+ years of relevant implementation experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field • Knowledge of HR, recruiting, and talent management • Experience with approval workflows and reporting • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
