Aptean is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our global HR Technology team in Leicester. You will combine functional Oracle Fusion HCM expertise with strong technical consulting skills to design, configure, test, and support Oracle Fusion HCM across the organisation.

You will deliver scalable HCM solutions, develop BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, and data interfaces, while supporting HDL/HSDL loads and REST integrations.
