  • Lead on complex financial planning cases, including pension consolidation and drawdown, ensuring suitability reports are accurate and customer-friendly.
  • Develop and maintain suitability report templates and standards, working with the Head of Proposition and product teams on workflows and governance.
  • Coach and develop less experienced paraplanners, set quality standards, and act as the technical bridge between advisors, engine teams, and clients.
