Overview

In this role you enable AWS partners to accelerate cloud migrations at scale by delivering hands-on architectural guidance and validating GenAI-powered solutions. You will craft reusable artifacts and scalable enablement programs to lift partner performance, while advancing enterprise modernization through MAP and agentic AI. You collaborate with strategy and field teams to design new delivery patterns and automate program operations. This position blends deep technical consulting with scalable enablement to drive measurable customer outcomes in the GenAI era.

Responsibilities
  • Provide architectural guidance to strategic migration partners and drive GenAI adoption to boost efficiency and productivity.
  • Co-create reusable artifacts that accelerate delivery in regulated and enterprise environments.
  • Offer strategic advisory on complex workload migrations and support MAP engagements and partner opportunity qualification.
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs and create high-impact technical content (reference architectures, use case libraries, blogs).
  • Develop agentic AI automation to streamline internal program operations and reduce validation cycles.
  • Travel up to 25% to deliver enablement events, migration workshops, and present at partner/industry events.
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
  • Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
  • Experience in specific technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
  • Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive stakeholders
