Senior Payments Platform Engineer

Build high-throughput payment systems as a Senior Engineer with Xero in Vancouver’s hybrid office model. Apply distributed systems expertise to trusted financial products. You’ll own significant initiatives across Xero’s Payments Platform, from technical design through production validation. The work spans payment orchestration, provider integrations, risk and compliance, reconciliation, and bill payments. You’ll balance customer simplicity, financial control, reliability, and scalability. Key Responsibilities:
