Senior Payments Product Manager

Lead payments product strategy at Super.com, using product management expertise and payment performance data across travel and subscription businesses. This is an individual contributor role.

As Senior Product Manager, Payments, you will own both one-time transactions and recurring billing mechanics. You will work with the Head of Payments, Director of Product, engineering, data, commercial, fraud, and disputes partners. Your focus includes roadmap prioritization, requirements, delivery, routing, authorization, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the payments roadmap and prioritize the MAT backlog
• Write PRDs and business requirements covering failure paths
• Lead planning, rituals, stakeholder communication, and daily MAT execution
• Run routing and retry experiments, evaluating authorization performance
• Analyze payments data and recommend roadmap improvements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• 1+ year in payments, fintech, checkout, or billing products
• Knowledge of gateways, processors, acquirers, tokenization, and alternative payments
• Understanding of one-time or recurring billing mechanics
• Technical, data, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills
