Senior Payments Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager, Payments leads a complex product, platform, or portfolio across its lifecycle. You will connect customer needs, enterprise priorities, industry developments, and regulatory requirements with investment decisions. The work spans market direction, business cases, financial outcomes, governance, delivery, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, positioning, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
• Lead prioritization across initiatives, dependencies, funding, and delivery milestones
• Build customer relationships and represent Central 1 in industry forums
• Develop business cases, pricing strategies, and commercialization plans
• Guide launches, migrations, adoption, and post-launch optimization

Requirements:

• Significant product management experience in payments or financial services
• Understanding of payment products, platforms, participants, and ecosystem
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders across cross-functional initiatives
• Strong commercial, financial, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience managing complex risks, vendors, partners, and governance
