Senior Payments Relationship Manager

Lead major merchant relationships across Canada with J.P. Morgan Payments, applying payments expertise, negotiation skills, and strategic account management.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage, expand, and retain an existing portfolio across multiple industries. You will serve high-value clients, understand processing environments, and develop tailored payment processing solutions. The work includes coordinating Chase business teams and resolving operational escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for high-value portfolio clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
