Senior Payments Relationship Manager

Lead major client relationships across Canada with payments processing expertise, strategic planning, and contract negotiation at J.P. Morgan Payments. Manage portfolios while serving high-value clients as their primary contact.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will manage, expand, and retain existing major relationships across multiple industries. You will understand clients’ processing environments and the payments landscape while developing tailored solutions. The role also requires project oversight, issue analysis, and collaboration with Chase partner teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for high-value portfolio clients
• Develop tailored payment processing solutions for business goals
• Coordinate Chase teams on projects and operational escalations
• Lead pricing and contract renewals across the portfolio
• Educate clients and partners about Chase payments services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
• Typically three years in account management, sales, or negotiations
• Knowledge of payments processing industry procedures
• Ability to enhance revenue and market share
• Experience overseeing projects or managing portfolios
