Senior Payroll Data Integrity Manager

Leading payroll data integrity initiatives, the full-time Senior Payroll Data Integrity Manager will manage validation, reconciliation, and analytics across a complex multi-state healthcare organization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee payroll data integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance in physician and provider compensation Develop and implement payroll reporting and analytics to enhance visibility into labor costs and operational performance Collaborate with various departments to strengthen data governance and drive automation initiatives using advanced tools Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field with 8+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in healthcare Experience in high-volume, multi-state payroll operations, including audit and compliance Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI, with experience in data analytics and executive reporting Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, data governance, and SOX compliance Familiarity with payroll platforms such as Workday or ADP, and proficiency in SQL and Python preferred
