Senior Payroll Manager - Hybrid, Complex Pay & Compliance

The City of Fort Worth is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee time, labor, and absence management functions related to employee payroll and incentives. This role will work cross-functionally to support a large, diverse workforce and lead pay-related compliance and improvements across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a technical and functional payroll SME, with enterprise payroll/HRIS systems and knowledge of regulatory pay requirements.
