Senior Payroll & Tax Systems Analyst

Vaco in Toronto seeks a seasoned Pay Services Lead to direct payroll operations across HR, Finance and external partners. You will supervise analysts, plan testing, ensure compliance with tax and benefit rules, and drive year-end activities and reporting.

The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, policy interpretation and clear English communication. You will liaise with CRA, unions and auditors, managing multiple pay runs in a fast-paced environment.
