Senior Pega Developer (CSSA)

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the existing Pega application landscape, business rules, workflows, and technical architecture.
• Contribute to architectural assessments, technical debt analysis, and remediation planning.
• Deliver planned development sprints against approved and prioritised backlogs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega solutions in accordance with established release management processes.
• Investigate and resolve application defects, production issues, and technical challenges within existing enterprise environments.
• Ensure all development activities adhere to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and platform best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, peer reviews, testing, and solution acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and effective technical handover.
• Maintain appropriate testing documentation and delivery evidence to support quality assurance and acceptance.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, application optimisation, and reduction of technical debt.
