Senior Pension Risk Transfer Pricing Manager

Lead pension risk transfer pricing analysis at TD in Toronto, using actuarial judgment, pricing models, and commercial recommendations for complex deals.

As Senior Manager, you will own end-to-end pricing for group annuity plans, PRT bids, and transactions. You will interpret pension provisions, member data, and experience studies while assessing risks. The work connects business development, investments, finance, operations, actuarial, legal, and risk partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pricing analysis for new PRT deals
• Prepare pricing memos and management-facing approval materials
• Analyze plan documents, benefits, member data, and experience studies
• Manage pricing models, assumptions, validation, and governance
• Support reinsurance negotiations and ongoing administration

Requirements:

• Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries or Society of Actuaries
• Seven or more years in the Life and Annuity industry
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline
• Experience with PRT, pensions, actuarial pricing, or longevity reinsurance
• Strong Moody’s GGY AXIS, Excel, and longevity analytics skills
