In this remote role, you lead pension system implementations for Gallagher clients, collaborating with transition teams to deliver seamless projects. You’ll act as Lead Transition Analyst, shaping benefit specifications and configuring automated calculations within Gallagher’s systems. You’ll develop tests, review data and stay current with pension rules, all while ensuring high-quality, audit-ready work. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with transition consultants to deliver implementation services
  • Act as Lead Transition Analyst on allocated implementation projects
  • Coordinate with project managers to keep projects on schedule
  • Create proprietary benefit specification summaries from scheme documentation
  • Configure automated calculations using Gallagher’s proprietary Excel-based systems
  • Develop and execute test packs to validate automation projects
  • Provide working proformas for classes not included in automation
  • Support data services in reviewing data loads and test system enhancements
  • Stay up to date with pensions legislation and system functionality
  • Ensure work is peer-reviewed and adheres to best practices, project assurance criteria, and audit requirements
Key requirements
  • Pensions Expertise
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in pensions including manual calculations and scheme rules
  • Background in third party pension administration
  • Systems Knowledge in pension systems, databases, and automation processes
  • Analytical Skills with strong problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Team Player with experience in project teams and following instructions
  • Technical Skills in MS Office (Word/Excel) at competent to advanced level
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication
