Senior People Analytics & Modeling Lead

Dow Jones is seeking a London-based Senior Analyst, People Insights, to blend quantitative modeling with data storytelling for the global workforce. This role serves as the regional contact for HR functions across EMEA & APAC and leads as the team’s primary quantitative modeler.

You will design and validate predictive models, translate outputs for non-technical leaders, and drive data-driven process improvements while ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity.
