Senior People Partner, Executive Finance & Strategy

Clio is seeking a Staff People Business Partner to lead People partnership across its G&A function, working directly with the CFO and CPO as their People advisor. This role sits at the center of how Clio is run, shaping People strategy with executive-level impact and enabling scalable growth across Finance, People, and the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is a seasoned People leader with fluency in Finance, executive presence, and a track record advising C-suite and leadership teams.
