You will own levelling, promotions, performance cycles, and compensation while gathering feedback to inform executive decisions. This is a global, remote role with EST overlap as needed.

You will collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to shape workforce design and organizational effectiveness across the company.
