The Senior Software Developer supports the Workforce Information Network Digital Onboarding Project for Ontario’s Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. The work requires PeopleSoft HCM development across Absence Management, Time and Labour, Benefits, and Payroll. You will deliver technical solutions through design, implementation, testing, and maintenance while supporting secure digital improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance HR and payroll processes within the WIN system
• Expand employee and manager self-service capabilities
• Modernize legacy interfaces through Fluid interface upgrades
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
• Support integration testing and user acceptance testing

Requirements:

• Hands-on PeopleSoft HCM modules development experience
• PeopleCode, Application Designer, Application Engine, and Integration Broker knowledge
• Oracle database management and application database administration knowledge
• Unit testing and technical specification experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
