Senior Performance Support Specialist

In this remote role, you will optimise Unit4 Financials by Coda before and after go-live, ensuring peak performance for both new implementations and ongoing support. You will work within the U4F by Coda team to monitor, detect, and remediate performance issues, driving proactive tuning and scalable processes. You will adhere to security policies while collaborating with cross-functional teammates to sustain high performance. This position offers a chance to shape how customers experience fast, reliable ERP in a cloud SaaS environment.

• Performance tuning of Unit4 Financials by Coda pre and post go live
• Troubleshoot performance issues across new implementations and BAU including technical and application aspects
• Develop enhanced, proactive monitoring, detection and remediation of performance issues
• Develop proactive, continuous performance tuning and processes to maintain optimal performance levels
• Comply with information security requirements and company policies

• 5+ years in customer success or performance optimisation
• Strong knowledge of Unit4 Financials by Coda
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• Experience in a database-centric, web-enabled environment
• Database tuning skills (SQL queries, indexes, statistics, views)
• Understanding of database replication
• Experience with web services and extension kit flows
• Java-based applications and containers (JBoss, WildFly)
• Experience deploying systems into SaaS Azure infrastructure
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts
