Senior Plasma Process Scientist & Tech Leader

KLA Corporation is seeking a highly skilled PhD-level researcher to lead development of plasma etch and deposition technologies for Advanced Packaging, Photonics, and advanced semiconductor applications. The role spans simulation, hardware design, and collaboration with customers and partners globally.

You will drive innovation, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP strategy while engaging with internal and external stakeholders. International travel is expected.
