Senior Platform Architect

In this advisory role, you help customers establish a solid technical foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design outcomes-driven solutions. You guide customers, partners, and teams on architecture and governance to enable long-term success. You’ll work with executives, architects, and developers to translate goals into roadmaps and blueprints, positioning ServiceNow as the standard platform. You’ll contribute leading practices, manage governance and health of instances, and support sales efforts through scoping and estimating engagements. This role offers the opportunity to influence digital transformation for large enterprises and work across diverse engagements.

• Provide architectural guidance across engagements to deliver successful customer solutions
• Design solutions on the ServiceNow Platform focused on long-term success and governance
• Translate business goals and technical requirements into architectural blueprints
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard and integrate with core applications
• Manage technical governance and a delivery operating model; ensure instance health and reduce technical debt
• Support sales by scoping engagements and change orders; contribute to industry best practices

• 8+ years in a professional services (SaaS) environment or equivalent
• Management consulting experience
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Enterprise architecture experience
• Cloud application technology experience
