Overview

As Platform Engineer III, you will deliver scalable platform services and shape infrastructure design and developer experience. You’ll work with autonomy to guide architecture decisions and support engineering teams in value-led delivery. You’ll uplift peers and contribute to ENSEK’s platform-first culture across product, delivery, and engineering. Expect to tackle complex, real-world problems at scale, enabling cost-efficient and reliable cloud-native solutions that accelerate the energy transition. Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset and foster an inclusive, safe environment
  • Translate internal developer needs and platform strategy into technical decisions
  • Use platform metrics and feedback to drive improvements and inform cost-effective options
  • Break down large platform initiatives into incremental, deliverable slices
  • Contribute to accurate estimation, planning, and risk management
  • Produce clear golden path documentation to enable self-serve for teams
  • Write high-quality, infrastructure-as-code and tooling (Terraform, Crossplane, Helm)
  • Contribute to platform architecture discussions with cloud-native design options (EKS, GitOps, self-service)
  • Improve observability, alerting, and operational practices across platform services
  • Advocate secure coding and supply chain hygiene in line with ENSEK policy
  • Share knowledge, mentor juniors, and onboard teams to platform capabilities
  • Participate in platform and community improvement initiatives and promote golden path adoption
