Senior Platform Engineer

Overview

In this role you will shape the AWS-first platform that powers V7 Go’s AI capabilities at scale. You’ll work on multi-region, multi-cloud infrastructure to support rapid customer growth and reliable, compliant outputs. You’ll partner with platform and product teams to reduce technical debt, improve deployment speed, and build an observable, cost-efficient stack. You’ll join a high-ownership, innovative culture focused on scalable, trustworthy AI and developer productivity.

• Architect, deploy, and manage AWS-first infrastructure with cross-cloud support
• Optimize multi-region and multi-cloud setups for high availability, disaster recovery, and cost efficiency
• Build tools to streamline developer collaboration and workflows
• Drive Terraform improvements and infrastructure automation to scale engineering productivity
• Develop and maintain observability stack with Prometheus and Grafana, improving alerting and monitoring

• Strong AWS expertise with multi-region and hybrid cloud architectures
• Ownership mindset with ability to deliver scalable, developer-friendly solutions
• Proficiency in Terraform for automated cloud management
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or ArgoCD)
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Advanced Python or Elixir, or willingness to learn new languages
