Senior Platform Engineer — Developer Experience

Motorway is expanding its Developer Experience team to build a first-class platform for developers. This Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer role focuses on owning and evolving our AWS-based shared platform infrastructure, improving reliability and developer experience across the product and engineering org.

You will design and implement self-service tooling, automate toil, define monitoring standards, and enable product teams with clear metrics.
