Senior Platform Engineer — Hybrid Toronto (Scale & Reliability)

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Downtown Toronto for a high-growth tech org building reliability and incident‑response software. You’ll own cloud infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, and platform architecture, collaborating closely with product engineering teams.

The role is hybrid with three onsite days weekly, using AWS, Terraform, Ruby, Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, DynamoDB, and serverless tech to deliver scalable, production‑grade tooling and automation.
