In this role you will lead the availability and continuous improvement of the Connectivity platform, ensuring reliable services through automation and data-driven insights. You will work with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions and contribute to platform strategy and roadmaps. The role combines operational excellence with incident resolution in a dynamic retail tech environment. This is a chance to shape the backbone of our digital retail experience.

- Lead availability, reliability and continuous improvement of the Connectivity platform
- Proactively identify, lead and resolve service issues using monitoring, telemetry and data-driven insights
- Build strong partner relationships and collaborate across teams to deliver effective end-to-end solutions
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation and effective service transitions
- Contribute to platform strategy, roadmap development and major incident resolution while supporting wider business objectives
- Strong expertise in ITIL, ITSM tooling, service reporting, and continual service improvement
- Experience across enterprise networking technologies including Azure, Fortinet SD-WAN, Juniper Mist, and Zscaler
- Highly analytical with ability to diagnose sophisticated issues using multiple data sources
- Effective communicator and collaborator capable of translating technical concepts for diverse teams
