CAN Health is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer in Palo Alto or remote to design and scale CareOS infrastructure that underpins hospitals, payers, devices, and patients. You will own reliability, security, and performance across a distributed data platform responsible for real care outcomes.

You will mentor engineers, enforce SLOs, and collaborate with product and clinical teams to embed privacy-by-design and robust security practices across the stack.
