Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer – RPA & Automation to design, implement, maintain, and manage enterprise automation platforms across on-premise environments, AWS Cloud, and vendor SaaS platforms . The ideal candidate will have strong experience with UiPath, Power Automate, RPA platform management, AI-enabled agentic automation, AWS, and software development .

The role will focus on enabling automation across enterprise operations, managing platform performance and production support, and ensuring solutions align with technology architecture, security, performance, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based RPA platforms
• Manage automation platform operations, including production support and performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using UiPath, Power Automate, and similar RPA tools
• Implement AI-enabled and agentic automation solutions
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and software implementations
• Write and configure code while following security, logging, error-handling, performance, and non-functional requirements
• Conduct detailed code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback
• Build and manage production support processes, tiered support models, and escalation procedures
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause resolution
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and deliver automation requirements
• Develop integrations between applications, bots, and enterprise platforms
• Establish operational best practices, frameworks, and processes for automation platform operations
• Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
• Ensure automation solutions align with enterprise architecture and technology strategy

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant RPA development experience
• Strong hands‑on experience with UiPath
• Experience with Power Automate and other RPA tools
• 3+ years of experience in technology delivery and platform management
• Experience implementing AI-enabled agentic automation
• Strong understanding of the Intelligent Process Automation lifecycle
• Experience managing AWS and on-premise technology platforms
• Strong SDLC knowledge and programming experience with Python, Java, or Node.js
• Experience with application and bot integrations
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy controls
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
