Senior Platform Engineering Consultant - Databricks

In this client-facing role, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, Databricks-centric data and AI platforms. You will bridge technical delivery with stakeholder needs, guiding cross-functional teams to optimize cloud-native platforms. You’ll tackle integration challenges, promote DevOps practices, and deliver business-focused outcomes. • Lead end-to-end data and AI platform delivery with quality and timeliness
• Serve as primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders
• Design and implement Databricks-centric platforms and related data products
• Guide teams in leveraging AWS for platform optimization
• Own integration with Tableau to enable actionable visualizations
• Support SAP data integration and migration activities as needed
• Identify and remove technical blockers to ensure smooth delivery
• Promote best practices in platform engineering, DevOps, and cloud operations
• Conduct regular project reviews and progress updates with clients
• Contribute to solution architecture, documentation, and knowledge sharing

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in platform/data engineering or related roles
• Extensive experience with Databricks; certification is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud-native tech
• Experience with data visualization, reporting, BI solutions
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver business-focused solutions
• Track record of leading technical teams and resolving delivery challenges
• Deep understanding of data engineering, ETL, and cloud architectures
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
