Senior Playwright Test Automation Specialist

Lead Playwright automation and quality assurance for Ontario’s HCC digital modernization program, with hybrid work and possible onsite requirements. Apply deep testing expertise.

This senior specialist supports CHRIS, HPG, and related modernization initiatives. You will design automated frameworks, maintain regression suites, validate integrated healthcare systems, and support delivery enablement. The work includes functional, integration, system, end-to-end, and regression testing across applications, interfaces, APIs, and data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop test strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and execution results
• Build and maintain Playwright automation frameworks and regression suites
• Validate functionality, interfaces, APIs, and data integrity
• Track defects and support releases using Azure DevOps
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with development teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ professional quality assurance and software testing experience
• Minimum 5 years designing and implementing test automation solutions
• Hands-on Playwright UI and end-to-end automation expertise
• Azure DevOps experience for test management and defect tracking
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
