This consultant assesses, redesigns, and migrates business-critical automations between Microsoft 365 tenants. The work spans Power Automate, SharePoint Online, document management, and business application integrations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess workflows, dependencies, integrations, and supporting business processes
• Develop Power Platform migration recommendations from current-state architecture
• Rebuild and optimize Power Automate workflows in new tenants
• Validate connections, authentication methods, and platform dependencies
• Execute testing, cutover, stabilization, and post-migration validation

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years delivering Microsoft Modern Workplace consulting engagements
• Five-plus years developing and administering enterprise Power Automate
• Experience migrating Power Platform solutions between Microsoft 365 tenants
• Strong SharePoint Online architecture and document management expertise
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders
