Overview

In this Senior Power Platform Developer role, you will deliver enterprise-scale automation and apps on the Microsoft Power Platform within TLT’s IT Development team. You’ll lead design and delivery, mentor peers, and enforce governance and security standards. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and integrate with M365, Azure, and third-party systems to drive impactful solutions. This is a hands-on, leadership-focused role in a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design, development, testing and release of Power Platform solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring and code reviews
  • Define and enforce development standards, governance and best practices
  • Ensure solutions comply with change management, security and data governance policies
  • Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure and third-party systems
  • Work in a self-managing Agile (Scrum) team on planning, estimation and delivery
  • Develop and maintain documentation and handover to support teams
  • Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for critical apps
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling and platform capability
Key requirements
  • Extensive experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions and leading technical design
  • Experience with integrations, APIs and Azure services
  • Strong governance, security and environment strategy understanding within Power Platform
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or C#
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum) teams and Azure DevOps
  • Strong analytical, methodical and problem-solving approach
  • Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
