Senior Predictive Analytics Data Scientist

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will consult with business teams and develop solutions addressing emerging needs and initiatives. The work combines Python, SQL, statistical techniques, and large financial datasets. You will partner with product, marketing, finance, and technology stakeholders to produce measurable business value through predictive and prescriptive modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, validate, implement, and improve predictive and prescriptive models
• Analyze complex financial datasets for meaningful patterns and features
• Monitor model performance and implement retraining or improvements
• Ensure models comply with regulations, policies, and audit requirements
• Provide actionable insights through ad hoc analytics

Requirements:

• Master’s degree with five-plus years, or PhD with two-plus years
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience developing, validating, implementing, and monitoring predictive models
• Knowledge of regression, classification, forecasting, segmentation, and evaluation
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative STEM field
