Senior Pricing Analyst Group Retirement

Sun Life seeks a Senior Pricing Analyst skilled in financial modeling and Excel for a hybrid Group Retirement Services environment. Shape pricing decisions.

Reporting to the Manager, Pricing & Profitability, you will support existing and new business pricing. The work covers Defined Contribution pension plans, analytical tools, and stakeholder communication. You will prepare quotes, assess feasibility, and support pricing approvals for senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess risks, requirements, competition, and financial feasibility
• Produce pricing scenarios and alternate fee options
• Recommend benchmarks and appropriate pension plan fees
• Summarize analyses for pricing approvals
• Maintain pricing models and supporting infrastructure

Requirements:

• Three to five years in retirement or financial services
• University degree in business, Finance, or Economics
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and modeling skills
• Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs
• Strong communication with cross-functional stakeholders
