Senior Principal Platform Architect

In this Senior Principal Platform Architect role, you guide customers to build a solid ServiceNow foundation and design scalable, governance-driven solutions. You work across executive and technical stakeholders to turn goals into an architecture blueprint driving long-term value. You ensure platform health, reduce technical debt, and position ServiceNow as the standard in the customer’s digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes that matter and mentor others along the way.

• Provide technical advisory across engagements to guide customers, partners, and internal teams toward architecture for long-term success
• Translate customer goals into an actionable roadmap and architectural blueprint
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the platform standard integrated with core applications
• Manage technical governance and delivery operating model
• Ensure platform health, reduce technical debt, and align with leading ServiceNow practices
• Support sales efforts through scoping and estimation of engagements and change orders
• Contribute to leading practices and expertise for the ServiceNow platform
• Mentor and develop others within the team

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 12+ years in a professional services context or equivalent
• Management consulting experience
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Proven track record driving complex issues to resolution
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
• Industry domain expertise in SaaS
• Large program experience in architecture and design
• Enterprise architecture experience
• Cloud application technology experience
