Overview

In this role you enable clinical programming teams to operate in UCB’s modern Statistical Computing Environment, translating reporting needs into governed study setups and compliant platform operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve how trials are analysed and reported, while streamlining onboarding and daily operations. You’ll help establish reliable environments, drive lifecycle improvements, and support validation efforts to enhance quality and user experience. Responsibilities
  • Review and coordinate clinical trial analysis and reporting setup requests for completeness and timely delivery
  • Configure study structures, repositories, datasets, reporting components, and access per CDISC and governance requirements
  • Manage role-based access, study configurations, and Git/Azure DevOps resources via approved, compliant processes
  • Coordinate environment provisioning with platform administrators to ensure ready, reliable environments
  • Support onboarding, legacy-system transition, and ongoing operations as a first-line technical contact
  • Improve lifecycle management and workflows through process documentation, validation support, and automation to enhance quality and user experience
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical trial results generation, reporting, and submission processes
  • Experience supporting Statistical Computing Environments, including process flows, user access, and Biometrics requirements
  • Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM) and experience with Tables, Figures, and Listings
  • Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with SDLC, audit readiness, and compliant configuration expectations
  • Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders while tracking setup across systems
  • Practical experience with Domino Data Lab, SAS, R, Git, Azure DevOps, VS Code, or SAS Studio
