Overview

As Senior Principal Solutions Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of OneTrust’s AI Governance and Data Use Governance solutions, bridging Product and Sales across international markets. You’ll demonstrate technical fit through demos, RFPs, and custom PoCs, and architect integrations to meet client objectives. You’ll work closely with R&D, engineering, and marketing to shape compelling technical propositions and sales assets. This role offers impact at scale in a fast-evolving governance platform, shaping responsible innovation with AI.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical expert on major sales opportunities, preparing demos, RFP responses, and custom PoCs to prove integration capabilities
  • Lead technical deep dives to design integrations and advise best practices for customers
  • Support Sales with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration options
  • Coordinate with R&D and partner integrations teams to stay aligned with product capabilities and roadmap
  • Contribute to sales and marketing assets and proposals
  • Maintain Salesforce.com CRM activity and records
Key requirements
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 12+ years of relevant experience in technology or enterprise software
  • Experience selling, configuring and delivering software demonstrations
  • Knowledge or work experience with APIs
  • Experience implementing software products or solutions for enterprise
  • Basic knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing and programming
  • Ability to build relationships across R&D, marketing, sales and engineering
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills in a complex, fast-evolving environment
