Senior Principal / Technical Specialist - Environmental Water Quality

In this technical leadership role, you drive expert-level environmental water quality work for clients across the UK and Ireland, shaping solutions for natural and urban catchments. You will lead multi-disciplinary programs within the Environmental Water Quality Team, mentor colleagues, and partner with water companies, regulators and stakeholders. The role integrates across the full water cycle to improve environmental performance, reduce carbon, and support sustainable outcomes. • Lead and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary programmes
• Identify pollution sources, pathways and receptors and develop solutions
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with project managers

• Degree in an appropriate discipline
• At least ten years of experience across the water industry
• Proven track record managing challenging, complex projects
• Familiarity with UK environmental quality legislation
