Senior Principal / Technical Specialist - Environmental Water Quality

In this technical leadership role you drive environmental water quality outcomes for clients across the UK and Ireland. You lead multi-disciplinary teams to identify pollution sources and develop sustainable, effective solutions for natural and urban catchments. You will work across the full water cycle, tackling projects like WINEP studies, water quality modelling and catchment risk assessments, while mentoring others and coordinating with project managers. • Provide technical leadership on complex, multi-disciplinary programmes
• Identify pollution sources, pathways and receptors for natural and urban catchments
• Develop and deliver solutions to improve water quality and environmental performance
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with project managers across portfolios
• Mentor junior team members and foster knowledge transfer
• Lead or contribute to projects such as WINEP studies, marine/inland water quality modelling, storm overflow investigations and catchment risk assessments

• Degree in an appropriate discipline
• at least ten years' experience in the water industry
• proven track record delivering challenging projects mitigating environmental impacts of wastewater assets
• familiarity with UK environmental quality legislation
