Senior Process Engineer: Magnetics Production Innovator

Noveon Magnetics is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to lead the development and optimization of sintered magnet production processes in our San Marcos facility. You will commission equipment, ramp to production, sustain yields, troubleshoot issues, and document processes while training technicians and operators.

You will collaborate with engineering, technology, production, and quality teams to release new equipment and ensure compliant, efficient operation in a startup-like, matrix
