Senior Product Analyst

In this role you drive data-informed product decisions to strengthen NHS communication. You’ll work with product squads to measure impact, uncover opportunities through deep-dive analysis, and prioritise improvements that boost patient care. You’ll help shape the core communication infrastructure and support rapid, safe, and accessible outcomes across care settings. Your work links data, strategy, and user needs to guide high-impact product outcomes.

• Measure success of product releases and tie insights to impact
• Identify opportunities via deep-dive analyses to inform prioritisation
• Collaborate with product managers to define metrics and strategic drivers
• Lead in-depth analysis to understand user journeys and emerging trends
• Design, run and analyse A/B tests while upholding statistical integrity
• Partner with engineers, designers, and PMs to maximise product impact
• Mentor others on coding practices and data analysis methods
• Govern data quality and ensure self-service data remains a trusted source

• Analytical background with product analytics experience and impact-focused insights
• Hands-on A/B testing design, execution and analysis
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with PMs, engineers and designers
• SQL expertise for complex queries and data extraction
• Experience with Python or R for advanced analysis and modelling
• Proficiency with Mixpanel or Amplitude and data governance
• Storytelling and visualisation to influence leadership decisions
