Senior Product Analyst (IC2), SEND

In this role you join Wise's Global Send Experience team, helping to simplify sending money across borders and domestically while shaping product strategy. You will uncover friction, identify new cross-border use cases, and collaborate with product and engineering peers to prioritize and launch impactful changes at scale. You measure success, run experiments, and translate insights into clear recommendations that guide decisions. • Identify where the sending experience falls short and spot new cross-border use cases
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Analysts to size opportunities and set priorities
• Define and monitor success metrics and ensure data reliability
• Design and analyze experiments to assess product changes
• Turn analysis into clear recommendations and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders

• Strong SQL skills with experience on large, complex datasets
• Experience using data to shape product decisions from problem definition to measuring outcomes
• Solid understanding of experimentation and statistics; applicable in a product context
• Python or R experience (useful)
• Ability to explain complex findings clearly and tailor recommendations to different audiences
• Curiosity about customer behavior and ability to distinguish meaningful insights from noise
