As Senior Product Analyst for Wise Business, you’ll shape the data-driven product direction for a global business account. You partner with Product and Engineering to set strategy, prioritize features, and scale the product lifecycle. You’ll own metrics, data pipelines, and insights to drive decisions that impact thousands of business customers. This role blends deep analytics with product thinking to enable growth and global reach, in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Define and socialize core KPIs and OKRs for your product
- Own data logging and ensure pipelines support accurate tracking
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and optimizations across the product funnel
- Prioritize the roadmap by quantifying feature impact to focus on high-value initiatives
- Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for the product team and stakeholders
- Expert-level SQL for querying, transforming large datasets
- Experience building automated data pipelines and transformations
- Strong product thinking to translate customer needs into problem statements and success metrics
- Solid understanding of statistics with ability to apply via programming (Python or R)
- Ability to turn raw data into narratives and actionable product decisions using BI tooling (Looker/Tableau/Power BI)
