Senior Product Analytics Engineer

In this role you shape data-driven product decisions at SoSafe, helping to turn complex analytics into actionable guidance. You’ll partner with product, design, engineering and GTM teams to uncover opportunities and validate ideas across product lines. You’ll build scalable data products and a governed self-service layer, empowering teams to act on insights. With AI-native tooling in scope, you’ll accelerate delivery and impact in a fast-growing security awareness scale-up.

• Own product analytics across product lines: define metrics, targets, and align with strategy
• Craft data stories to guide product leadership in critical decisions
• Build reusable data products enabling self-service analytics and data access
• Define event instrumentation practices and self-service analytics tooling
• Drive data literacy by enabling teams to self-serve insights
• Explore AI-native approaches to speed dashboards and insights
• Collaborate with GTM to connect product usage to commercial outcomes

• 5+ years in data analytics/analytics engineering/data science roles
• Expert in product analytics fundamentals (metrics, funnels, retention, segmentation)
• Excellent SQL and DBT for data transformations; Python knowledge
• Experience with event-based tracking data and behavioral analytics tools
• Strong ability to communicate findings to diverse stakeholders
• Cross-functional experience with GTM (Customer Success, RevOps, Product Marketing)
