Senior Product Control Financial Analyst

Use critical financial analysis skills at CIBC as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting daily revenue estimates in a hybrid Toronto arrangement.

Within the Daily Financial Estimates Product Control Team, you will protect the integrity and timeliness of gross revenue reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst supports P&L reconciliation, decomposition, and commentary for Capital Markets stakeholders. You will liaise with Finance, Front Office, Risk Management, and Global Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account for Daily Financial Estimates within a Capital Markets trading line
• Reconcile P&L and decompose results by risk factors
• Review and consolidate daily commentary and analyses
• Support Front Office, Risk Management, and Finance activities
• Resolve related issues across stakeholder groups

Requirements:

• Two or more years of relevant Product Control experience
• CFA Level 1 accreditation and good standing
• Critical analytical thinking and sound judgement
• Experience reporting complex or sensitive PnL
• Derivative products and transaction process knowledge
