Responsibilities
  • Play a key role in the engineering organization, contributing across backend, frontend, mobile, and platform disciplines
  • Build and integrate new APIs to elevate the customer journey
  • Optimise lending platforms with a focus on performance and reliability
  • Engage in architectural discussions to shape product direction
  • Demonstrate ownership and drive high-quality, scalable solutions
  • Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes
Key requirements
  • Strong PHP development with PHP 8.0+
  • Experience with Symfony or Laravel
  • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, CQRS, Message-Driven Systems, Event Sourcing
  • Familiarity with microservices and financial systems
  • Excellent automated testing skills (unit, integration, functional)
  • High ownership, autonomy, and collaborative mindset
  • Experience in cross-functional environments is a plus
