Senior Product Engineer, React Native

In this role you will own the end-to-end mobile experience for our fast-growing on-demand platform, spanning iOS/Android and web. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ship AI-enhanced features and a high-quality app experience. You’ll influence architecture and performance, balancing customer impact with rapid delivery. This is a hands-on, product-minded senior role in a fast-paced, AI-led engineering culture at Zapp.

• Develop mobile and web experiences using React Native and Expo across iOS, Android, and web
• Incorporate AI patterns into daily work to accelerate delivery
• Prototype and bring AI-powered features from idea to production
• Own delivery end-to-end: design, implement, deploy, and maintain features
• Contribute to on-call rotation and production reliability
• Profile performance, safeguard release processes, and maintain app health
• Contribute to architectural discussions and establish coding patterns

• 5+ years of production software experience
• Strong React Native and Expo experience with iOS/Android track record
• Proficient in TypeScript
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development approaches
• Product-minded mindset with customer impact focus
