Overview

In this role you will own the mobile and web experience used by customers, building with React Native and Expo across iOS, Android, and web. You’ll integrate AI into daily development and prototype AI-driven features to delight users. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery, including cross-functional collaboration, performance, and production reliability. You’ll contribute to architecture and patterns while mentoring teammates. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role in a fast-moving, AI‑driven product team.

Responsibilities
  • Build mobile and web experiences in React Native and Expo across iOS, Android, and web
  • Incorporate AI into daily workflows and share reusable patterns
  • Prototype and shape AI features in the app to enhance customer moments
  • Own delivery end-to-end: design, implement, ship, and, when needed, contribute backend code
  • Own on-call and ensure production health and release quality
  • Improve app performance, release processes, and security
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and raise coding standards
  • Mentor and uplift teammates to raise the team’s capabilities
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of production software experience
  • Deep React Native and Expo experience; strong iOS/Android track record; B2C app experience
  • Strong TypeScript fundamentals
  • Experience using AI in development and ability to bring AI patterns to the team
  • Product-minded with focus on customer impact
  • Production-minded with performance, stability, security, and reliable releases
  • Craft-focused with design systems and attention to UX
  • Comfort with uncertainty and autonomous decision-making
  • Automated testing ethos and test-driven delivery
